Nutcracker Principles

Seeking Sugarplum Fairy and Cavalier couple to dance in 3 performances of "The Nutcracker" in Morgan Hill. Performance dates are December 19th and 20th. Dress rehearsals are on December 17th and 18th. Professional dancers as well as advanced students with performing experience may apply. Ballet Dancers

Seeking 4 male and 4 female ballet dancers to rehearse/collaborate in creation of a Ballet piece. Rehearsals will be ongoing through the summer/autumn at a studio in SF. Rehearsals will be filmed by film maker wishing to make a documentary of the creative process of dancers/choreographer. Choreographer will be sending documentation of piece to ballet companies to gain commissions. Working atmosphere is fun, supportive and collaborative. Not alot of lifting/traditional partnering techniques for the men. Vocabulary is classical, but contemporary. No pay, but experience working with choreographer and exposure through film, and reviews by ballet companies through reel sent of work in progress.
